SCHOOL PRINCIPALS’ CONCLAVE

1. Overview

The Association of Indian Principals (AIP) proposes to organise two One-Day School Principals’ Conclaves in collaboration with Sanskriti University, to be hosted separately in Kanpur and Lucknow.

The Conclave is designed as a high-impact leadership forum for school principals and academic leaders, focusing on school governance, leadership, quality enhancement, alignment with NEP 2020, holistic education, and future readiness.

6. Roles & Responsibilities

A. Association of Indian Principals (AIP)

  • Conceptualisation and academic design of the Conclave
  • Finalisation of theme, programme structure, and session flow
  • Identification, invitation, and coordination of Chief Guest, Keynote Speaker, Resource Persons and Panelists
  • Marketing, branding, and promotion of the Conclave
  • Invitation and mobilisation of school principals
  • Registration management and participant communication
  • Conduct, moderation, and academic coordination of the event
  • Issuance of Joint Participation Certificates (AIP + Sanskriti University)
  • Preparation of post-event academic report

B. Sanskriti University (Host Institution)

  • Selection and provision of venue at respective locations
  • All venue-related arrangements and logistics
  • Hospitality arrangements including Lunch, tea, and refreshments; Local hospitality and travel for speakers
  • Audio-visual facilities and technical support
  • Photography and videography
  • Printing of certificates and event materials
  • On-ground coordination support through staff and volunteers

All expenses related to the above shall be borne by the University.

7. Professional Fee Payable to AIP

Professional Fee: ₹2,00,000 (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) per event
Total for Two Events: ₹4,00,000

This fee covers:

  • Academic planning and execution
  • National-level speaker engagement
  • Branding, outreach, and mobilisation
  • Professional conduct and reporting of the Conclave

8. Branding & Recognition

  • Joint branding of AIP & Sanskriti University on all publicity material
  • Jointly issued certificates bearing Signature of AIP Authorised Representative and Signature of Vice Chancellor / Nominee of Sanskriti University
  • Recognition of Sanskriti University as Host Institution

9. Outcome & Value to Sanskriti University

  • Enhanced regional visibility among school leadership
  • Strengthened school–university connect
  • Positioning as a thought leader in school education reforms
  • Direct engagement with 250–300 school principals across two cities

10. Conclusion

The proposed School Principals’ Conclaves at Kanpur and Lucknow will serve as flagship leadership events, combining AIP’s national academic expertise with Sanskriti University’s institutional strength, thereby contributing meaningfully to quality school education and leadership development.
