I am a voracious learner grown from a marketing professional to an educationist. A postgraduate with a total of 20 years experience, 12+ years in Education at various verticals in schools for academic implementation and school management. In furtherance, I have the experience of leading as School Head two startups namely Dolphin POD, Vasant Kunj and G D Goenka Public School, Bahadurgarh from their inception, making them the institutions of excellence and academic brilliance displaying my passion and commitment towards education.
Having worked in conjunction with the Idea Generators, Curriculum Developers and Promoters has given me an edge in my leadership to achieve or exceed the school’s objectives aligned with their vision, mission & core values.
I have a dynamic approach in working closely with all stakeholders, and work towards building 21st Century Skills in children. I have achieved excellence in academic, administrative and operational matters including achievement of all school revenue and profit targets in the organizations worked so far. Being an assiduous worker, I have received various awards and accolades for my professional work.
I am designated with a honorary title of Global Presence Ambassador by Parenting 2.0 for Life Skills. I am associated with HSM – INACE in their movement as a thought leader and as an Executive Member with Global Edu-leaders Forum.
My life’s purpose is to contribute to the society in a meaningful and constructive way through education. In my free time, I pen down my thoughts and experiences in the form of quotes, short poems and blogs.
