I am a Principal and an administrator with an experience of more  than 20 years.I currently work in a countryside school and am a mentor to wonderful and curious students. I have been associated with Microsoft  since 2018 and have completed more than 150 courses, owing to which I have been awarded with the title of “Microsoft Innovative Expert”. I am a certified National Geographic Educator and a certified Apple Teacher. Also I’m now Climate Action Facilitator and MCBD2021 COHOST .I have been associated with these institutions and have worked hard towards learning innovative techniques by collaborating with people all around the world to help my students become ‘global citizens’.

Owing to the collaborations  with fellow educators on Microsoft, my students and I have broken through the rudimentary classrooms and generalised syllabus. In addition to the general books issued by the school as per the syllabus, I encourage my students to read multicultural books, which is the best way to promote literacy by knowing the culture and language of people around the world. I also encourage my students to improve their creative writing skills by making them  work on comprehensions, creative writing and various other activities. This initiative is based on the thought that ‘A child who reads will be an adult who thinks’.

My passion for teaching and learning has brought me where I am today. I have grown and evolved from a kindergarten teacher to a leader with the love and passion for my work and kids.

Sunitha Srivastava, is an accomplished educator for more than two decades in CBSE, ICSE schools and has also proved her mettle as an able administrator/ Head of the School in ICSE schools. She is a visionary, who takes the school in the right direction to prepare children for the 21^st century skills.

Mrs Sunitha Srivastava is currently working in the capacity of a Founder Principal for an ICSE School, Bangalore. She is armed with MA(English) a B.Ed, a Diploma in Education Management and Administration from TESOL. At present, she is pursuing CIDTL. She has undergone a lot of training on various topics, in the interest of the students. She comes with an experience of more than two decades in education sector. She has taught different age groups and evolved a highly effective teaching technique which caters to the need of learners of various temperaments and believes that the children learn better when there is strong bondage and personalized coaching. She has tried and tested Multiple Intelligence strategy, active and collaborative learning and seen immense improvement in students’ engagement in classroom.

She has won prizes for Innovative Teaching Presentation, Written review for International Grammar Publications, conducted several trainings for teachers, conceptualized mega events and executed it. She was also the Guest Editor for The Times of India, Students’ Edition. Written articles for educational magazines and also a writer on Quora.

She has a strong believe that if the students are given exposure in the right direction, their ability to think in a novel way would increase. She also believes in experiential learning and sensitizing the children with the issues which are not generally discussed. In her leadership position, she has introduced various projects for different age groups and has understood the benefits which they would be reaping in the coming days. She believes that there is a long way to go with the changing trend of education in India and abroad. She sees technology in the forefront.

She was in different leadership positions as an HoD, Co-Ordinator and Principal. Her experiences range from State, CBSE and ICSE and International Teaching methodology. She believed in democratic leadership and empowering the next line of leaders. She also believes in inclusive administration and includes all the stakeholders of the institution whenever it is feasible.

Mrs. Smita Shorey is presently the founder Principal of Shri Ram Centennial School, Patna. She has post graduate degrees in History, Mass Communication and Business Administration, besides a degree in Education. She has been certified in advanced English language by Cambridge University and has received certifications in instructional leadership, communication skills and career coaching besides several other certifications throughout her career.

She successfully changed her career path from the corporate world and has devoted more than 20 years of her life to the education domain as a dedicated and highly motivated educationist for planning and implementing successful programs that produce lasting results.

She has been a mentor and resource person for CBSE, her area of expertise being teacher training and professional development of faculty. As a consultant and trainer, she has benefited many by her people oriented and learner oriented approach.

She has been honoured with Avantika Rajiv Gandhi Education Excellence Award for exceptional contribution in the field of education.  Under her able guidance and stewardship Shri Ram Centennial School, Patna was accorded 3^rd ranking among girls’ schools in Bihar by Education World within 4 years of inception, acing it in the sixth year according to the latest ranking released in 2020.

Mr John Andrew Bagul (M.Sc.  B.Ed)  is the Founder Principal of South City International School, he has completed more than 30 years in the education field in various capacities. After completion of his education in Poona. He co-authored a book on ‘Environmental Biology’ for students of First Year B.Sc (Pune University).Recently he has co authored a series of books on General Knowledge for school students, classes 1 to VIII.

He moved on to the Gulf to teach at Al-Rayyan International School, Abu Dhabi which follows the IGCSE & O Level Curriculum.  He later was the Vice Principal of Nath Valley School – a semi – residential school in Aurangabad.  He has  been honoured and awarded for Exemplary Leadership in the field of Education by the Amity University in 2017.

He is very passionate and sensitive towards the need of differently able children. He has spear headed the addition of NIOS in his present capacity as Principal.

Widely travelled, he maintains a futuristic and global approach towards education. He has established lasting ties with schools in Bangkok, in China, U.K, Australia and Barbados, U.S.A.. He is an excellent orator, a philanthropist and a man with vision. His endeavour to take the School to the highest echelon has been successful.

His passions include teacher development and student empowerment. He encourages his students to get involved with various NGOs in the city. He loves to speak at public functions on topics close to his heart.

He has been honored and awarded for Exemplary Leadership in the field of Education by the Amity University , Lucknow Campus and Institute for Career Studies, at the Edu Leaders’ Conclave on 28th January2017 , Amity University , U.P Lucknow Campus among 30 principals from all over India.

He has been honoured and awarded the Rashtra Nirmata Samman (Pradhanacharya) 2017 (Best Principal Award), by Parivar Milan, Rashtriya Samajik Jagran Kendra on 8^th September, 2018

The Board of Management of the Venus International Foundation  based on the ILCA 2019 Expert Committee Report and Apex Committee Recommendations Awarded Mr. John Andrew Bagul with Excellence in School Education – ICSE for the contribution and achievement as the Principal of the Institution on 2^nd November, 2019.

He has been awarded by Dewang Mehta National Education Awards, for the category of Education Leadership Award on 11^th November, 2019.

A token of appreciation from NIFI for all the good work done during the Covid 19 Pandemic to help the society on 25th July, 2020.

He has been awarded with Dr. Radhakrishnan Award 2020 – For Outstanding contribution to the field of Education on 5th September, 2020 from Voiceonline.
